I could count couple of them that really pay you. You can go for example on Hits4pay or you can check this sites main domain for more info lol.

There is a bunch of PTR sites with affiliate links. Blogs are very popular for affiliate marketing so try one of that.

I can suggest you Hits4pay and TheClickers.net. At theclickers.net you have many other options to earn money and reading for money is one of them.
Basically you need to find a PTR site that awards you with good money and gives you couple of emails and ads daily. That would be fair enough.
